TULSA -- A man was arrested early Saturday morning after police said he led them on a chase in north Tulsa.
Police said they tried to stop a driver near Harvard and Pine, but he sped away. Police said they used the police helicopter and stop sticks to help end the pursuit.
The driver ditched his car, and fled on foot, according to police.
The driver , who was identified as Mark Fisher, 30, was arrested.
