TULSA -- An ambitious 10-year-old boy in North Tulsa started his own cookie company, mixing his passion for baking and helping others.

Onifade Amusan started his cookie company two years ago at age eight.

His goal is to raise $10,000 to visit Africa with his mom so he can meet family members for the first time.

He gained quite the clientele with the Tulsa Police Department with officers placing their orders for chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter cookies.

Not only is he gaining a relationship with TPD, but also the homeless community, who he gives his cookies to.

"Whenever we pass any homeless people he’s like we have to go back and feed them, or we have to give them something, so it’s always on his mind," said Ifaseyi Amusan, Onifade's mother.

You can visit his Facebook page, Onifade's Cookie Company to place your order.
