TULSA - Horizon notified the City of Tulsa Tuesday that it will not be moving forward with a plan to build an outlet mall in east Tulsa.

Previously, Horizon Group Properties said it hoped to open the outlet mall in 2017. The Horizon Group is the same company behind the outlet mall in Oklahoma City.

The proposed location for the outlet mall was near the southeast corner intersection where Interstate 44 meets Interstate 244.
