STILLWATER, Okla. — A new skate park is set to open next week in Stillwater.
Strickland Park Skate Park will be opening March 30 near the intersection of Main Street and Hall of Fame Avenue.
The park, which is a part of the Strickland Park & Sports Complex, features three quarter-pipes, two hubba ledges, two bank ramps, two bump-to-rails, a pump track and more.
It was financed in part by funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The projected cost of the park is $242,254.
