There is a new sheriff in town … in nine counties across Oklahoma to be exact.
The Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association is readying for several newly elected sheriffs to be sworn in on January 3.
- Adair County voted in Independent candidate Jason Eli Ritchie.
- Craig County voted in Democratic candidate Heath Winfrey.
- Haskell County voted in Democratic candidate Tim Turner.
- Muskogee County voted in Democratic candidate Rob Frazier.
- Nowata County voted in Democratic candidate Rick Miller.
- Okfuskee County voted in Republican candidate Steven Worley
- Osage County voted in Republican candidate Eddie Virden
- Ottawa County voted in Republican candidate Jeremy Floyd.
