New accusation of sexual misconduct by former OU VP

A third University of Oklahoma student has come forward to accuse a former administrator of sexual misconduct.

In a lawsuit filed Monday, the 21-year-old student claims that former OU Vice President Tripp Hall performed a sex act on him last year without his consent.

Hall has denied wrongdoing and his attorney, Clark Brewster, says the new lawsuit is without merit.
