NEO A&M employee taken into custody after gun, drugs found

MIAMI, Okla. -- A Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College employee was taken into custody Wednesday after officials said the employee had drugs and a firearm while on campus.

This morning, campus police acted on a combination of information received from the Craig County Sheriff's Office and anonymous tips, and took a Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College employee into custody for the possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm on campus. This was an isolated incident and NEO is continuing to cooperate with local law enforcement officials.
