PIEDMONT, Okla. — Several agencies responded to a natural gas explosion near Piedmont on Wednesday night, according to Oklahoma City's KOCO News 5.
Officials told KOCO 5, a 12 inch pipeline running underground exploded.
The explosion created a crater across Waterloo Road near Piedmonth Road.
Police told KOCO 5 there are no injuries or evacuations reported right now. The area the explosion happened in is a rural area with very few residents.
