TULSA, Okla. — A Native American man behind a historic Supreme Court case is now found guilty in sexually molesting a 4-year-old girl in 1996.

The plaintiff in the McGirt v. Oklahoma case, 71-year-old Jimcy McGirt, was found guilty Friday on three counts of aggravated sexual abuse, according to the Court Clerk for the Eastern District Court of Oklahoma.
Court officials said there would be a sentencing at some point.
