The program, which officials rolled out in 2007, has rehabilitated 235 homes with the help of foundation grant money.
Muskogee Building Official Dan Hurd said opportunities for residents to apply for the next phase of the rehab program will be in January 2018.
According to Hurd, the 9th neighborhood focuses on homes North of Okmulgee, South of the Shawnee Bypass between 24th and 32nd Streets.
