MUSKOGEE, Okla. -- A Muskogee County detention officer will spend 10 years in prison after having a sexual relationship with a female inmate.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Harold Shinn, 23, has pled guilty to second degree rape.
In January, the Muskogee County DA requested OSBI investigate an alleged misconduct involving Shinn.
After the investigation, Shinn was arrested for second degree rape. After his release from prison, Shinn will face five years of probation.
