MUSKOGEE, Okla. — A Muskogee man has been arrested after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old child earlier this month.
Court documents say Michael Tomblinson, 37, raped the child in early April.
The child told family members about the incident, documents said.
The child provided additional information during an interview, and had physical findings supporting the claim after a medical exam, according to court documents.
Tomblinson faces one felony count of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old.
