MUSKOGEE - An inmate has died at the Muskogee County Jail. Jail officials confirm that Marvin Rowell died in the jail Sunday night.
Rowell was brought to the Jail late Sunday night and died 16 minuted later during the booking process.
Officials say Rowell was arrested after being involved in an altercation. During the booking process jail officials say Rowell just collapsed.
Authorities say the cause of death is still under investigation.
