TULSA-- A 2016 assault leads to Tulsa's 74th homicide in 2017. Tulsa Police arrested William Cooper on Thursday at a homeless camp near 1200 S. Frankfort.

Police say Cooper is wanted in connection with the July death of Brobeggar Willis. TPD say that Willis died from blunt force trauma to the head in a January 2016 assault.

The victim died in July 2017.
