TULSA, Okla. — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on 31st Street and Mingo after crashing into a car.
The accident happened on Saturday around 1:24 a.m.
Officials said the motorcyclist was headed eastbound on 31st at a high rate of speed. A black Honda was westbound turning south at the intersection.
The motorcycle entered the roadway and hit the Honda. EMSA paramedics and Tulsa Fire Department arrived on scene and pronounced the motorcyclist dead.
Authorities said the driver of the Honda fled the scene.
The identity of the victim has not been released, pending family notification.
