TULSA COUNTY – The mother of the toddler left walking around Charles Page Boulevard wearing only a jersey has been arrested.
Casandra Jones, 22, is arrested on complaint of child neglect after police say she left her 2 year old son unattended, walking northbound on 65th West Avenue on Charles Page Boulevard.
A caller told Tulsa police that the boy was not wearing a diaper or underwear but just a large jersey.
Tulsa police were able to find the home of the toddler where Jones was found sleeping.
Jones was also arrested on complaint of operating a motor vehicle without a license, not wearing a seatbelt and driving with an obstructed windshield in relation to several outstanding warrants issued.
