TULSA - A Tulsa mother was arrested by police in connection with the death of her 2-year-old son, Michael Rigney, Wednesday evening.
Tina Morgan, also known as Tina Taylor, faces charges of child neglect and permitting abuse. A warrant for her arrest was issued Wednesday. Police say she was taken into custody at the Detective Division around 6 p.m.
Morgan's husband, Branden Taylor, is already behind barsand faces a child abuse murder charge following the child's death.
