ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. – Over 50 pounds of illegal drugs were confiscated during a traffic stop on Interstate 44 near the turnpike this week.
Around 11 p.m., according to the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle was pulled over for failure to stay in the lane.
After being pulled to the side, a K-9 officer alerted the trooper and eventually 59 pounds of marijuana were located in the vehicle as well as around $3,000.
Jian Chen, 48, and Li Chen, 46, were arrested on complaint of trafficking illegal drugs.
