MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Kan. — The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says a 29-year-old man died Monday after he crashed a four-wheeler into a tree near a lake.
The man, identified as Jacob Morse, was taken to the Labette (Kansas) Health Emergency Room after the crash by someone in a personal vehicle.
Morse died as a result of the injuries from the crash.
Officials said the crash happened on the north side of a lake. The crash was ruled to be an accident.
