TULSA--Police arrest a woman after they say she borrowed a car to go on a date, leaving her three young children at home alone.
Officers responded to Brightwater apartment located at 2116 S. Olympia Ave after they got a call from a neighbor to check the well-being of three children.
TPD got to the scene and met with a neighbor who said the suspect borrowed her car to go out on a date, possibly leaving her three children alone inside the apartment.
During the investigation, police say that the mother returned and told officers that her 15-year-old niece was inside babysitting the kids.
After going inside, officers learned that the three children (4-year-old girl; 3-year-old boy, and a 1-year-old girl) were alone inside the apartment without the proper supervision.
Police arrested Neah Grayson. Grayson was booked on complaints of child neglect.
The three children were placed in the custody of DHS.
