A monumental milestone was achieved on Thursday afternoon in Tulsa.
Evangelist and missionary Keith Wheeler has walked 24,901 miles in his lifetime while carrying a large wooden cross on his shoulder.
He says his journey has taken him all over the globe. He completed it today at Oral Roberts University – and the final mile tally is the same distance as the Earth’s equator.
Wheeler began his “unorthodox” ministry at ORU in 1985.
“I feel like God called me for all people,” he said.
