14-year-old Emmanuel Carney has been located safe, after being missing for about 12 hours. Police say he was found at a friend's house in good health. His family has been notified.
Police say Carney has severe medical issues and ran away from home near 31st and South Memorial around 5pm Thursday. His condition reportedly causes him to be incoherent or unsconscious at times.
