The post says that the dog is extremely frightened.

The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals say they have experience dog trappers in the area of north Tulsa, near Pine and Rosedale, looking for the dog in order to help him.

Officials ask the public to stay away from the area and let the dog trappers do what they need to do.
