Police have located and arrested a missing Muskogee woman in Tulsa.
TPD took Chasity Horsely into custody Tuesday night for outstanding warrants.
Horsely’s family says they had not heard from Chasity since Sept. 6 and were concerned about her well being.
She was arrested for selling stolen items to Muskogee area pawn shops.
She is being held in Tulsa County Jail with no bond.
