TULSA — This past week our own Mike Brooks has been giving us great ideas on how to stay fit mentally, with all that's going on and everyone being stuck at home.

But today he's going to focus on the body.

Professionals say staying physically fit is equally important as staying mentally fit.

2 Works for You's Mike Brooks spoke with an expert who came up with a great idea on how she can help some people continue with their exercise routine, and help others start a new one.

Christi Gibson and her son Ryder are streaming on Twitch.tv providing perspiration, inspiration, and building an online community.

Christi gibson says, "With everything going on recently, I decided I would switch up my own personal training routine to help others as far as giving ideas. I'm more than willing to answer any questions. You know people will come in and say my back hurts, what kind of stretches can I do to help my back, or I don't know how to do a squat, can you show me the proper technique for a squat. The majority of my stream is me going through my program, but whenever Ryder comes out, I'll program it around him to where he can interact and he can do things and ask questions."

Christi says she's going to stream three to four hours almost every day. So you certainly have time to check it out and get fit.

She's also working with other special athletes, just like her cool son Ryder who is an amazing basketball player.
