TULSA - City leaders met with residents affected by traffic in the Burning Tree neighborhood after construction on Memorial Drive has left home owners in the area frustrated.

Neighbors voiced their concerns over drivers cutting through a 0ne-way street to get to the mall.

Residents say the problem is getting worse due to the construction at 61st Street and Memorial Drive.

City Councilor, Ann America, says she is working with the police and traffic engineering officials to help alleviate the problem.

Increased police presence, speed bumps, and more signage were some of the short-term solutions brought to light at the meeting.
