TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa's Mayor G.T. Bynum has proclaimed February 17 as Tulsa Youth Symphony Day.
The Tulsa Youth Symphony is celebrating 55 years of providing orchestral training to students from northeastern Oklahoma.
The symphony's concert and orchestras will be performing their Winter Concert on Sunday, February 17 to celebrate the proclamation. The concert starts at 3 p.m. at the Union Public Schools Performing Arts Center.
General admission tickets are available at the door at 2 p.m. It's $15 for adults and $10 for children and seniors.
