MAYES COUNTY, Okla. - A Mayes County woman received a 25-year suspended sentence Monday after being found guilty of 2nd-degree murder.
According to court records, Angela Russell killed her two-year-old daughter when she crashed an all-terrain vehicle while intoxicated.
As part of the sentence, Russell will be on the Department of Corrections probation and must wear a drug and alcohol monitoring device for two years.
