CHOUTEAU, Okla. — Mayes County Sheriff's Office is investigating a non-fatal shooting at Sensation's Gentleman's Club.
Deputies said the shooting occurred just west of Chouteau on Highway 412 at around 4:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Dustin Waddell is accused of being the shooter. Officials say two other people were passengers in the car with Waddell and were arrested for public intoxication.
Deputies said one person was transferred to a Tulsa hospital.
