March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month.

More than two million people are living with multiple sclerosis in the U.S. and about 6,000 in Oklahoma.

It is a disease, which affects the central nervous system, and has no cure.

"It's so hard to diagnose because everybody who lives with MS has different symptoms," said Zoey Baker, a specialist with Bike MS Oklahoma.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) offers resources to anyone living with MS such as helping finding a medical provider and general support in their city.

There are three upcoming walks in green country to raise awareness and funds for the Oklahoma chapter of NMSS.

Lawton's walk will be held on March 28. There will also be a walk for MS in Enid on April 18 and Jenks is holding a walk on April 25.

For more information, visit the NMSS website.
