TULSA - Many people shopped local during this year's Small Business Saturday to help locally-owned businesses and help keep sales tax in the city.
Shop owners at Utica Square created a small passport for customers with a list of 13 small businesses in the shopping area.
People could get them stamped at each store, and after five stamps, they entered a raffle to win one of three gift cards, good for Utica Square.
They're trying to attract more customers this way, and many owners say it's working.
Small Business Saturday started in 2010, and it's growing every year.
