SAND SPRINGS, Okla. - Authorities arrested the man suspected of killing a man outside his home in Mannford on Sept. 20.
Richard Dylan Vawter, 34, was taken into custody Sunday night for the murder of Ronald "Rocky" Bethel.
Members of the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Vawter near 41st St. and Highway 97 in Sand Springs, according to Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
Bethel, 61, was shot to death outside his Mannford home Sept. 20.
Vawter was booked into the Creek County Jail. His bond was set at $5 million.
