TULSA--Police responded to an armed robbery at a Bank of America on Thursday morning.
Police say it happened at 205 East Pine Street about 9:15am just after the bank opened.
Police say the suspect parked in front of the bank, walked past two armed security guards who were standing outside and told them good morning.
TPD says the suspect walked into the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money and walked out with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police say the suspect walked 'gingerly' past the two security guards again, got back into his vehicle and drove away headed south.
According to officers, bank employees waited about 5 minutes after the suspect left to tell the guards that they were just robbed.
Police describe the suspect as a white male, heavy set, grey hair and wearing a ball cap.
