Man with nickname 'clutch' carjacks woman's vehicle, Tulsa police say

TULSA — Tulsa police are investigating after they said a woman was carjacked in northeast Tulsa early Thursday morning.

Police said the woman met a young man whose nickname was "clutch" while at Osage Casino. The man asked the woman if she would drive him to the area of Pine and Sheridan if he gave her gas money.

The woman arrived to the area of 5900 East King Place at which point the man threatened to stab the victim if she did not exit the vehicle, a tan 2004 Toyota Scion.

The victim knocked on a nearby door and requested the resident to call 911.

The suspect was described as having a thin build and a goatee, He was wearing jeans and a dark-colored shirt.
