SAND SPRINGS — Sand springs police say the community helped them identify a suspected playground vandal.

The police department posted pictures to their Facebook page -- after two people were spotted next to graffiti on a slide, appearing to take a selfie.

Officers say Jeremy Gibson turned himself in, but he was not arrested, just issued a citation.

Officials say Gibson promised to appear in court and will pay $300 in damages.

The woman, officials say, will not be charged.
