TULSA - A man charged in a 2014 north Tulsa shooting is scheduled to be sentenced Monday.
Henry Harris Jr. is due in court Monday after being charged with fatally shooting a man during an attempted auto theft.
44-year-old Armando Hernandez died after being shot in the chest in August of 2014.
The victim's family says they heard a loud noise and went outside to investigate. The family found at least two men trying to steal one of their cars. They then yelled at the men, who opened fire.
