TULSA - A man is recovering after getting shot and then crashing his pick-up in north Tulsa.
Officers responded to 46th and Elwood at about 12:30 a.m. and found a man slumped over the steering wheel, with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Nearby, police found multiple shell casings lying in a vacant lot. Police say they believe both scenes are related.
The victim is currently listed in stable condition.
