TULSA - A man was taken into custody after leading police on a chase in Midtown Tulsa Saturday morning.
Police say the chase started around 13th Street and Utica Avenue when 32-year-old Eric Magallanes ran a red light. When police tried to stop Magallanes he continued driving.
Officers used spike strips, which took out two of the trucks front tires. Magallanes continued driving through several neighborhoods with flat tires before he stopped and was arrested.
Police say the truck driven by Magallanes was reported stolen. Officers say several police cars were damaged during the chase.
