A man accused of shooting two people at a Tulsa motel is in jail.
Police arrested Brian Jackson Friday morning.
One of the victims told officers Jackson shot him in the shoulder at the Oaktree Inn.
Police eventually found Jackson inside a room there.
Among the charges he'll face is shooting with intent to kill.
