TULSA -- A man is in critical condition following a crash on the northwest corner of the IDL Saturday night.
Officers say the motorcyclist fell from the LL Tisdale Expressway exit ramp. Police believe the rider hit a wall on the ramp and went over the guard rail, landing on the highway.
