TULSA -- A man was taken to the hospital Saturday night after causing a traffic jam on Highway 169.
Saturday night around 7, police received reports of a man running on the highway trying to get into cars.
Police say the barefoot man may have been under the influence of drugs. Police say he crashed his car into a sign before running onto the highway.
The man was taken to the hospital and two others were charged with impeding traffic after they stopped and tried to record the incident.
