TULSA - A man pleads guilty Monday on three counts of lewd molestation of a child; given 40 years imprisonment in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
Jason Murray Nixon Sr., 39, was arrested by the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office in July and booked into Tulsa County Jail to face charges of failing to register as a sex offender and three counts of lewd molestation, with bond set at $100,000 on each of the three counts. The failure to register as a sex offender was dismissed.
Nixon was accused of molesting a 15-year-old girl in connection with these charges. He had previously been convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in 2015, lewd and indecent proposal charges on a child in 2008 in Mayes County, and first degree burglary and robbery in Arkansas in 1998.
