TULSA - Police took a man into custody Sunday morning after he allegedly discharged a weapon.
Police say the incident happened in a neighborhood near the Hillcrest Medical Center. When officers arrived, they say 26-year-old Daemien Shoplick was throwing a semi-automatic handgun as he fled the scene.
Officers eventually arrested Shoplick and tasered him after he failed to follow commands.
