TULSA — Tulsa police say a man has died after being shot at an east Tulsa apartment complex early Wednesday morning.
Officials said the shooting happened around 1 a.m. at the Sierra Point Apartments.
Homicide detectives said a 42-year-old man, identified as Antwan Barnes, 42, was shot and killed by Shaquel Mullins, 25. Mullins was arrested in the 100 block of North Garnett on one count of first-degree murder and five counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling.
Police said the victim died at the scene and the suspect initially fled the area.
