TULSA — Tulsa police said a man was critically injured after being struck by a car in midtown this morning.
Police said the man was crossing the street in the 3000 block of South Harvard when he was struck by a driver.
The man was wearing dark clothing and was crossing in a dark area, police said.
Police said the driver was not cited and did stop to help the man.
