TULSA -- A man charged with a December 2015 murder is due in court Monday.
Investigators say Marcus Runnels shot 42-year-old Leland Mitchell in the head near Pine Street and Lewis Avenue.
Police say Runnels was speeding when Mitchell yelled at him to slow down. Detectives then say Runnels shot at Mitchell, missed, then came back and shot at him again.
