TULSA — Tulsa police have accused a 23-year-old man in connection with 2017 shooting that left two people dead at Crawford Park on North Hartford Avenue.
The incident happened on July 9. Michael Daniels and Chantel Mack were both killed during a large disturbance during a softball game with dozens of people in the park.

Detectives compiled the evidence to charge Rickey Ballard, 23, in the shooting and murder of Daniels.
Ballard is currently in custody of the Department of Corrections on other charges. The warrant will be issued Friday, police said.
