TULSA -- A man was arrested Tuesday after police say he was caught stealing copper from a Tulsa business.
According to police, a motorcycle officer was flagged down on the 7500 block of East 61st Street just after 9:30 Tuesday morning about a burglary taking place.
After searching the building, officers found Jacob Allen, 26, in the process of stealing copper from the building.
Allen was arrested on complaint of burglary in the second degree.
