TULSA -- A man accused of attempting to rob a midtown Tulsa liquor store was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on Thursday.
The attempted robbery happened Feb. 22 at Forest Acres Liquor Store. The owner, Tina Ring says the suspect, Tyrone Lee, was a regular customer who had just come in earlier that day.
During the attempted robbery, Ring shot Lee in the leg and he stumbled away.

Lee was taken to the hospital where he had been in the hospital in a medically induced coma.
He was also accused of robbing 10 other businesses. On Monday, Lee was charged with 10 counts of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
