TULSA -- Police have made an arrest in connection with a north Tulsa killing in March.
Police said on March 20 at 10:40 p.m., Durrell Collins was shot and killed while parking his vehicle in the 1500 block of East Seminole.
Collins was shot multiple times and investigators believe there was more than one shooter.
Police said the investigation focused on gang violence and on Dec. 12, first degree murder charges were filed against Norman Gaines, also known as Norman Johnson, 20.
Gaines was also arrested in August in connection with a shooting that happened at a QuikTrip store.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the killing is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677.
